About Fit Flops
Ok first things first, fit flops were started in May 2007 - and engineered by a Doctor Dave Cook who happens to be a
biomechanist - which is the application of mechanics and physics to a biological system (ie. the human body). He states
that fit flops have a unique feature which maximise muscle load (workout) during movement thus lessening the feeling of
force through joints. The shoes use a 'multidensity midsole' to acheive this.
If you didn't understand that it basically means that it's like walking barefoot but having shock absorbers attached, which will make your muscles have to work that much harder - result being you get toned legs and calf muscles.
This is why the popularity of the fit flop has soared exponentially, not only proving popular to people who want to just tone up but also with celebrities and certain individuals with knee or back pain.
In essence the fitflops are simply a hybrid made up of the best parts of trainers, sandals, flip flops and shoes! Its a new look that is catching on very fast with over 1 million pairs already sold since last year!
So hurry and get a pair of fitflops before it's too late!
